A Preferred Customer is someone who signs up for a Monthly Subscription Order (MSO) with LifeWave. Enrollment is completely free — you simply commit to a recurring monthly order with BV value and gain access to wholesale pricing, loyalty samples, and a referral link.

When you select an item and click 'Add to Cart,' a pop-up appears showing paths to becoming a Retail Customer, Preferred Customer, or PC+ Member. Select 'Preferred Customer,' proceed to checkout, and set up your Monthly Subscription Order (MSO). It's free to join!

Enrollment as a Preferred Customer is free. There is no sign-up fee. You simply need to place a monthly subscription order (MSO) with BV value to maintain your PC status and enjoy all the associated benefits.

Instead of receiving free LifeWave swag after their 3rd, 6th, 9th, and 12th Monthly Subscription Orders, PC customers now receive 10-patch sample packs at those same intervals. You'll receive Y-Age Aeon with your 4th MSO, Y-Age Glutathione with your 7th MSO, Silent Nights with your 10th MSO, and a full-size product of your choice after your 13th MSO. Products may vary depending on market availability.

Yes. Preferred Customers can cancel or skip up to two months of their MSO in a rolling 12-month period and still retain their PC benefits. The 12-month period begins when the first qualifying order is created. If you return more than two orders, your qualifying order count will reset to 0, and your loyalty sample progress will continue from where you last qualified.

The PC Plus Program is an enhanced membership tier that includes all the benefits of a standard Preferred Customer, plus 12 rotating loyalty samples (that repeat as long as you renew annually) and the enhanced Share Program. The annual membership fee is $25 USD.

When you click 'Add to Cart' on any product, a pop-up appears. Select 'PC+ Member' and the PC+ sign-up fee ($25 USD) will be added to your cart. After checkout, you'll be asked to create a Monthly Subscription Order (MSO). You can click 'default' to add your cart items to your MSO, add more items, and set your preferred subscription start date.

Once you complete a Monthly Subscription Order (MSO) as a Preferred Customer, you will be given the opportunity to upgrade to PC+ status for $25 USD. Simply choose that option and you'll be upgraded to the PC Plus program.

Your PC Plus membership lasts one year from when you first signed up. All PC+ customers need to pay a renewal fee of $25 USD on an annual basis to remain PC+ members. You will receive an email notification before your status expires.

No. The $25.00 USD annual fee is non-refundable. An email notification will be sent asking if you want to renew before your status is set to expire.

PC+ Members who don't pay the renewal fee within one week after their renewal date will still enjoy wholesale pricing as a Preferred Customer, but won't have access to the other PC+ benefits. If they don't have an active MSO, they will need to pay retail prices.

If a PC+ Member cancels their MSO, they remain part of the program until their renewal date but will not be able to take advantage of wholesale pricing. If they also fail to pay the renewal fee, they will be downgraded from PC+ Member to Retail Customer.

PC+ members receive 12 rotating 10-patch sample packs: Y-Age Aeon, Y-Age Glutathione, Silent Nights, X39, Y-Age Carnosine, SP6 Complete, X49, Alavida, and repeating rounds of Aeon, Glutathione, Silent Nights, and finally a full-size sleeve of any previously tried product (except X39 and X49) or a single Alavida item. As long as you pay your annual renewal, the samples repeat!

PC+ members earn $100 USD product credit for every 3 customers they refer who place a qualifying (BV-containing) order in a given month, or for every 2 referred customers plus the PC+ member's own personal order. Credits are automatically applied to your orders, can be used on any product (not just patches), and expire after two months. There is no cap on how many credits you can earn in a month.

Yes! Share Program credits can now be applied to any LifeWave product — not just patches. The only exception is the PC+ renewal fee itself.

Yes. Share Program credits expire after two months. Make sure to use them before they expire!

Any order with a BV (Business Volume) value counts as a qualifying order for the Share Program. There is no minimum order amount required.
